摘要
科技金融是一系列创新的金融产品,是科技与金融两个产业的融合。科技金融所具有的服务门槛低、运行效率高等特征,被政府、各个商业银行、投融资企业广泛应用于中小企业发展过程中,其服务体系也在不断完善与改进,试图以其更好的金融衍生品为广大中小企业服务。基于此,本文从科技金融的发展沿革来分析总结、客观评述和研究中小企业科技金融服务体系持续改进措施。
Science and technology finance is a series of innovative financial products,and it is the integra.tion of two industries:science&technology and finance.Science and technology finance has the characteristics of low service threshold and high efficiency.It is widely used by the government,commercial banks and invest.ment and financing enterprises in the development process of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs),and its service system is constantly improved,trying to serve SMEs with its better financial derivatives.Based on this,this paper analyzed and summarized,objectively reviewed and studied the continuous improvement mea.sures of SME science and technology financial service system from the development and reform of science and technology finance.
