摘要
二元金融结构下,科技金融服务平台要能够充分发挥政府财政资金投入和民间资本投入的作用。在这一过程中,需要明确国有商业银行和互联网金融企业的定位,确定科技金融服务平台建立的基本模式。效用模型分析结果表明:为实现帕累托最优,政府应支持国有商业银行和互联网金融企业共同参与;通过建立内部契约,加强信息、技术和经营理念的共享,取长补短;加强政府监督和管理,提高科技金融服务水平。
Under the dual financial structure,the scientific and technological financial service platform should be able to give full play to the role of government financial investment and private capital investment.In this process,it is necessary to define the positioning of state-owned commercial banks and Internet financial enterprises,and determine the basic mode for the establishment of the scientific and technological financial service platform.The results of utility model analysis show that:in order to achieve Pareto optimality,the government should support the joint participation of state-owned commercial banks and Internet financial enterprises;strengthen the sharing of information,technology and business philosophy by establishing internal contracts;strengthen government supervision and management,and improve the level of scientific and technological financial services.
