摘要
蛹虫草作为药食两用真菌资源已被广泛认识和接受。针对蛹虫草产业以及蛹虫草休闲食品精深加工的研究和产业化现状,发现了现阶段存在的一些问题,对今后的研究和发展方向做出了预期和评价,并对蛹虫草精深加工过程中休闲食品的开发前景进行了展望。
Cordyceps militaris has been widely recognized and accepted as edible and medicine fungus resources.In view of the research and industrialization status of Cordyceps militaris industry and the intensive processing of Cordyceps militaris leisure food,some problems existed at the present stage were found,and the future research and development direction were expected and evaluated,and the prospect of the development of leisure food in the process of intensive processing of Cordyceps militaris was prospected.
