“双线”模式下融洽家校关系的构建

摘要 新时代背景下,传统家校合作模式已然不能再有效解决近年来日趋严重的家校冲突问题。为建立融洽的家校关系,使家校间形成一股凝聚力,借助互联网时代带来的机遇,针对家校关系中存在的具体问题,打造线上和线下共同互建的新颖合作模式,一是构建线上互动平台:建立定点打卡的"直播群"和学校公众号,并对其合理管理;一是完善线下合作模式:改进家长会、增设培训交流会、定期开展亲子活动。以此促进家校间的积极互动,早日解决双方的矛盾。 In the new era,the traditional family-school cooperative mode can no longer effectively solve the increasingly serious conflicts between the family and the school.In order to build a harmonious family-school relationship and form a cohesive force between the family and the school,taking advantages of the opportunities by the internet age,aiming at the existing problems in family-school relationship,this paper tires to create a new online and offline cooperative mode as follows:On the one hand,building an online interactive platform,that is,establishing a"live group"with a fixed-time punching clock and an official account for the school,and managing them rationally;on the other hand,perfecting the offline cooperative mode,that is,improving parents'association,setting up training exchange meetings and conducting regular parent-child activities.In this way,it aims to promote positive interaction and resolve the contradictions early between the family and the school.
