摘要
培养大学生的创新精神、创新勇气、创新能力是大学教育改革的一个重要方向,从而为社会培养出具备创新意识、创业能力的复合型管理及工程人才。通过竞赛的方式能够使大学生主动地提升创新意识,将要我创新变成我要创新,能够更加激发大学生群体主动发现所要研究的问题、正确提出所要研究的问题、主动寻求方法解决所要研究的问题的能力。同时,竞赛组织过程中可以更加紧密的和社会需求相结合,使大学生在创新过程中也更加深入了解社会的需求,对自己所学的专业知识进行有目的的加强。
