ABNO催化的伯胺自氧化偶联合成亚胺

ABNO-catalyzed synthesis of imines via the self-oxidation coupling of primary amines

摘要 研究了一种以9-氮杂双环[3.3.1]壬氮氧自由基(ABNO)为催化剂,在空气气氛下催化伯胺自氧化偶联合成亚胺类化合物的方法.反应以苄胺为模型底物,系统地考察了不同溶剂、温度和ABNO用量对反应收率的影响,得到了较优的反应条件:苄胺投料量为2mmol,催化剂ABNO用量为0.10mmol,甲苯为溶剂,100℃下空气气氛中反应24h.在优化的条件下,一系列的苄胺和杂芳香苄胺均能顺利反应并得到相应的亚胺产物,且获得较好的收率.所有的分离产物均用核磁和质谱对其结构进行了表征. A method for synthesizing imines via the self-oxidation coupling of primary amines under air atmosphere with 9-aza-bicyclo[3.3.1]nonaneN-oxyl(ABNO)as the catalyst has been developed.Through the investigation of the effects of solvent,reaction temperature and the amount of ABNO on yield using benzylamine as the model substrate,the optimal reaction conditions were obtained.Under the optimal reaction conditions(2 mmol benzylamine,0.10 mmol ABNO,toluene as the solvent,under air atmosphere,at 100℃for 24 h),benzyl amines and heteroaromatic analogs could be converted to their corresponding imines smoothly in good yields.All the isolated compounds were characterized by NMR and MS.
