摘要
陶行知是我国著名的教育家,他的乡村师范教育思想中具有鲜明的本土化培养乡村教师的特色,对当前我国培养乡村教师和建设乡村教师队伍具有重要的启迪意义和价值。当前我国培养乡村教师过程中要树立"向农"的乡村教育观,采取"本土化"路径培养乡村教师、乡村教师培养要充分利用和发挥"本土资源"和注重培养乡村教师的"本土情怀"。
Although Xiaozhuang Normal School which Tao Xingzhi built in 1927 existed for only 3 years,his thought of rural teachers’education has been the milestone of our modern rural education development.Tao Xingzhi thought that rural education must serve rural society development,living rural education needs living rural teachers,and put forward society is school,life is education,and integration of teaching,learning and doing.Tao Xingzhi’s thought of rural teachers‘education has important values towards cultivating rural teachers in China nowadays,including establishing rural education ideas of serving rural society,carrying out local path,using local resources,and training rural teachers’local feeling.
