摘要
20世纪20、30年代为“救济乡村”,乡村建设运动全面展开,乡村教育是建设乡村的重要抓手,直接影响乡村建设的成效。乡村师范学校是乡村教育中为了培养乡村教师和乡村建设人才的一种教育形式,发挥着特殊的作用。山东省立第二乡村师范学校在办学和乡村建设成效上卓有特色,对其培养乡村教师本土化做法的经验探索,可以为当下实施乡村振兴发展战略提供借鉴。
In the 1920s and 1930s,the rural construction movement was carried out in an all-round way for the purpose of“rural relief”.Rural education is an effective way of rural construction and directly affects the effectiveness of rural construction.Rural normal school is a form of rural education in order to cultivate rural teachers and construction talents,and plays a unique role.Shandong Province Second Rural Normal School has distinctive characteristics in running the school and rural construction effect.The experience exploration of local practice of rural teachers training can provide reference for the implementation of present rural revitalization and development strategy.
