摘要
利用常规观测资料、NCEP再分析资料、自动站观测资料等对2016年9月15日屏南县一次台风暴雨天气过程进行分析,结果表明:2016年第14号台风"莫兰蒂"生成,由于高空槽及低层涡度等因素共同作用,从9月11日福建省大部分地区遭受超强台风天气过程,14—15日影响屏南县,尤以15日影响极大,出现强台风暴雨天气。丰富水汽供应为该次屏南县强降雨天气的发展和维持提供有利条件;比湿高值区和暴雨落区基本保持一致;强烈上升运动为该次强降水天气发生发展提供较好动力条件。
Using conventional observation data,NCEP reanalysis data,automatic station observation data.,the weather process of a typhoon storm in Pingnan County on September 15,2016 was analyzed.The results showed that the No.14 Typhoon“Molandi”was generated in 2016.Due to the combination of high-level trough and low-level vorticity,a severe typhoon weather process occurred in most areas of Fujian Province on September 11th,and Pingnan County was affected on the 14th to 15th,especially on the 15th.Severe typhoons rainstorm weather emerged.Abundant water vapor supply provided favorable conditions for the development and maintenance of the heavy rainfall weather in the Pingnan County;the area with high specific humidity was basically the same as that of heavy rain fall;the strong rising movement provided favorable dynamic conditions for the development of the strong precipitation weather.
