摘要
针对军机产品研制过程中存在的适航条款选取难、剪裁难的突出问题,以航空机轮产品为例,通过对近年来航空器事故资料的梳理和分析,识别出涉及机轮产品的主要不安全事件的危险源和发生后果。建立军用飞机轮胎爆破Bow-Tie事故模型。通过对该模型进行风险分析,结合相关适航标准,提出避免此类事故发生的控制措施和条款要求,实现适航分析与事故模型分析的统一,形成了军机适航条款选取方法的一种新思路。
It is difficult to select and clipping the military airworthiness clauses in the military aircraft design process.To solve the prominent problem,taking the airplane wheel as an example,the hazards and consequences of the tire accidents are identified by a series of accidents in recent years,and the Bow-Tie accident model is built.Through analyzing the model,some airworthiness clauses are pointed out to avoid happening of this type accident.The researched provide a new idea and method to selecting and clipping the military airworthiness clauses,and realize the object of unifying the airworthiness clauses and safety model.
