摘要
以野生北乌头附子为材料,进行栽培试验,探讨特色蒙药材北乌头的人工栽培技术.结果表明,附子无性繁殖中,秋大(秋季移栽附子重量7.0 g)、春大(春季移栽附子重量7.0 g)新形成附子、花枝数、小花枝数、有效花枝数、有效小花枝数均多于秋小(秋季移栽附子重量2.5 g)、春小(春季移栽附子重量2.5 g);茎高增速、种子产量构成因素及附子产量,与移栽时间关系不大,但与移栽附子重量关系十分显著;以北乌头附子作为种源栽培生产时,应按附子重量分级后再移栽,提高北乌头产量,并便于后期管理.
The characteristics of artificial cultivation technologies of Mongolian medicinal North aconitum,Aconitum kusnezoffii,were investigated larger plants weighing 7.0 g transplanted in either autumn or spring produced more aconite,squid florets,branchesr and flowers than smaller plants weighing 2.5 g.The stem height and yield factors were not germane to transplanting time,but had significant relation to the weight of aconite.So the plants need to be sorted according to weight before transplanting,in order to improve the Aconitum yield.
