摘要
                
                    本文对茶树菇ASW05菌种的生物学特性进行了初步研究,比较了不同温度、pH值、培养基含水量、碳源、氮源等条件下菌丝的生长情况。试验结果表明:茶树菇ASW05菌丝生长最适温度为25℃,最适pH值为6.5,最适碳源为葡萄糖和玉米粉,最适氮源为蛋白胨,最适培养基含水量为60%~65%。
                
                In this paper,the biological characteristics of Agrocybe aegirit ASW05 strain were studied,compared the different temperature,pH value,culture moisture,source of carbon,nitrogen source conditions hyphae growth situation.Test results indicated that the optimum temperature was 25℃,the optimum pH was 6.5,the best carbon source was glucose and corn flour,the best nitrogen source was peptone,and the optimum medium was 60%~65%.
