摘要
本研究基于新古典增长理论,利用固定效应模型对川东北区域经济发展收敛性及影响因素进行研究,并与成都经济区进行对比。研究结果表明:(1)川东北经济区1995-2012年经济收敛具有极强时段性,具体表现为2000年和2008年两个拐点;(2)1995-2000年,川东北经济区经济具有显著的绝对收敛,即尽管各地区前期经济基础有所差异,但各地区的发展稳态较为接近;2000年至今,川东北经济区的绝对收敛不再存在,而表现为条件收敛;(3)在分析资源、教育、交通、固定资产投资、外商和港澳投资、人均GDP因素对地区经济条件收敛的影响中,成都经济区与川东北经济区具有显著差异。最后,本研究提出了一些相应的政策建议,以期能够推动经济增长收敛机制充分发挥作用,从而促进区域经济的协调发展。
Based on the neoclassical growth theory,this paper uses the fixed effect model to research regional economic development convergence and influence factors of northeast economic zone in Sichuan Province which is compared with Chengdu Economic Zone.The results show that:(1)there is a strong time interval in economic convergence of northeast economic zone in Sichuan Province from 1995 to 2012 and it has two inflection points in 2000 and 2008;(2)there is a significant absolute economic convergence of northeast economic zone in Sichuan Province before 2000,but absolute convergence no longer exists after 2000 and it shows conditional convergence,although the economic base of each region is diflerent in the earlier period,the stedy development state in each region is relatively close.(3)Chengdu Economic Zone and Northeast Economic Zone in Sichuan Province have significant difference in regional economic convergence among the influence factors of resources,education,transportation,fixed assets investment,foreign investment and investment in HongKong and Maca and percapita GDP.Finally,this paper gives some suggestions so as to make full use of the economic growth convergence mechanism and promote the coordinated development of regional economy.
