血清miR-145、血尿酸水平对狼疮性肾炎疾病活动度及其肾损害的作用

摘要 目的探讨血清mi R-145、血尿酸水平对狼疮性肾炎(LN)疾病活动度及其肾损害的作用。方法选取2014年6月~2017年6月广东省中医院和我院收治的LN患者150例作为LN组,同期选取30例健康人员作为健康组,检测两组血清mi R-145、血尿酸水平,比较所有患者血清mi R-145、血尿酸水平、LN疾病活动度、肾损害情况,分析血清mi R-145、血尿酸水平对LN疾病活动度及其肾损害的作用。结果 LN组血清mi R-145水平明显低于健康组,LN组血尿酸水平明显高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻度、中度、重度疾病活动度LN患者血清mi R-145、血尿酸水平基本相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在血清mi R-145水平方面,肾损害晚期LN患者明显低于中期患者,中期患者明显低于早期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在血尿酸水平方面,肾损害晚期LN患者明显高于中期患者,中期患者明显高于早期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清mi R-145、血尿酸水平与LN疾病活动度无关,但与LN发生及其肾损害有关,血尿酸可能参与患者肾组织的损害,血清mi R-145则可能参与患者肾组织的修复。 Objective To explore the effect of serum miR-145 and serum uric acid levels on disease activity and renal impairment in patients with lupus nephritis(LN).Methods One hundred and fifty patients with LN from June 2014 to June 2017 were selected as LN group traditional chinese medicine hospital in Guangdong and our hospital,30 healthy people were selected as healthy group at the same time.Serum miR-145 and serum uric acid levels were detected in two groups.Serum miR-145,serum uric acid level,LN disease activity and renal damage were compared.The effects of serum miR-145 and serum uric acid level on LN disease activity and renal damage were analyzed.Results The miR-145 level of LN group was significantly lower than that of the healthy group,the blood uric acid level of LN group was significantly higher than that of the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of serum miR-145 and serum uric acid in LN patients with mild,moderate and severe disease activity were basically the same,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The serum miR-145 level of the patients with late renal damage were significantly lower than those in the middle stage of LN,and those of the medium-term patients were significantly lower than those in the early stage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood uric acid level of the LN patients in the late stage of renal damage were significantly higher than those in the middle stage,and those in the medium-term patients were significantly higher than those in the early stage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum miR-145 and serum uric acid level are not related to the degree of LN disease activity,but it is related to the occurrence of LN and the damage of kidney.The blood uric acid may be involved in the damage of the renal tissue,and the serum miR-145 may be involved in the repair of the renal tissue.
