基于烟气脱硫吸收塔pH值分区提效技术的试验研究 被引量:7

摘要 针对吸收塔pH值分区技术在某电厂660 MW机组进行提标改造,开展了在不同运行工况下浆液pH值分区对脱硫效率影响因素及其变化规律的试验研究。试验结果表明:塔外浆池比塔内浆池pH值高0.14~0.37,且随着塔内浆液池pH值的升高,差值逐步缩小;塔外浆池的pH值呈现中部低、上下部高的趋势;喷淋层数的增加、塔外浆液喷淋密度的增大对提高吸收塔脱硫效率均有积极的影响。 The dual-pH value control technology was applied on the flue gas desulfurization(FGD)system of a 660 MW unit in one power plant to improve the efficiency,and a series of experimental researches were conducted on the influencing factors and the changing regularity of desulfurization efficiency under different operating conditions.The results showed that the pH value of the external slurry tank was 0.14~0.37 higher than that of the internal slurry tank,which gradually reduced with the increase of slurry pH value;The pH value of the external slurry tank showed a tendency of lowest in the middle and highest at the bottom.The increase of the spray layers and spray density had a positive effect on the desulfurization efficiency of the absorption tower.
