摘要
为满足燃煤电厂二氧化硫(SO_(2))超低排放的要求,提高石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫SO_(2)吸收及亚硫酸钙(CaSO_(3))氧化系统的脱硫效率,降低成本,提高系统运行的安全稳定性,给石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫技术在燃煤电厂超低排放的工程应用提供技术指导,从运行参数和技术设备两个方面研究SO_(2)吸收及CaSO_(3)氧化系统的优化措施,可根据不同的入口SO_(2)质量浓度,控制最佳的运行参数,选择不同的技术设备组合,以达到超低排放要求。
In order to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission of SO_(2)from coal-fired power plants,increase desulfurization efficiency of SO_(2)absorption and CaSO_(3)oxidation system in limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization,bring down costs,improve the safety and stability of system operation,and provide technical guidance for the engineering application of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization technology for ultra-low emission in coal-fired power plants,the optimization measures of SO_(2)absorption and CaSO_(3)oxidation system were studied from the aspects of operating parameters and technical equipment.According to the different mass concentration of SO_(2)at the inlet,the optimal operating parameters can be controlled,and different combination of technical equipment can be selected,so as to meet the requirements of ultra-low emission.
