摘要
间充质干细胞可参与多种组织、器官的损伤修复,但损伤修复局部通常有炎症存在,并诱导细胞自噬发生;而自噬作为一种细胞的自我调节机制,不仅能够对炎性环境中的间充质干细胞生理过程进行调节,还能通过细胞对炎性环境进行反向调节。该文针对炎性环境与间充质干细胞自噬的相互作用间的反馈调节关系进行综述,为对炎性环境中间充质干细胞的研究及应用提供一定的思路。
Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)can participate in the repair of various tissue and organ damage,but inflammation often exists in local repair area,and autophagy is induced.As a kind of self-regulating mechanism of cells,autophagy can not only regulate the physiological process of MSCs under inflammatory environment,but also work on anti-inflammatory environment.This research focuses on the relations between inflammatory environment and MSCs autophagy’s interaction and feedback regulation,providing a train of thought for research of MSCs in inflammatory environment.
