摘要
目的分析彩色超声检查在高血压性心脏病诊断中的应用价值与康复的指导意义.方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月收治的100例高血压心脏病患者作为观察组,并选取同时间段100名健康体检者作为对照组,两组均行心脏彩色超声以及心电图检查,比较两组检查结果的差异.结果观察组患者使用心脏彩色超声的检出率为96.0%,而心电图检查的检出率为74.0%,两种检查方法在高血压性心脏病检出率方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组左房肥大、左室肥厚、主动脉扩张以及主动脉弹性减退检出率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组在心律失常以ST-T段改变方面的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组患者在经过规范治疗后心脏彩色超声观察指标与治疗前相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论彩色超声检查在高血压性心脏病诊断中具有较高的诊断价值,同时能够评估患者的治疗效果,为康复评价提供有效依据.
Objective To analyze the application value of color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease and the guiding significance of rehabilitation.Methods A total of 100 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy physical examinees during the same period were selected as the control group.Color echocardiography and electrocardiogram were performed in both groups,the differences in the examination results between the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the detection rate of cardiac color ultrasound was 96.0%,while that of ECG examination was 74.0%,the difference between the two methods in the detection rate of hypertensive heart disease was statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of left atrial hypertrophy,left ventricular hypertrophy,aortic dilatation and decreased aortic elasticity in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the differences between the two groups in the changes of arrhythmias and ST-T segments were not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the observation group,the differences in cardiac color ultrasound observation indexes before and after standard treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color echocardiography has a high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease,and can evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients,providing an effective basis for rehabilitation evaluation.
