摘要
目的:探讨曲美他嗪应用于冠心病心力衰竭治疗的临床价值。方法:收集我院2015年2月-2016年12月就诊的冠心病心力衰竭患者126例,按照入院顺序分成观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上予以曲美他嗪治疗,持续治疗4个月,观察两组患者临床治疗效果、心功能改善指标左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)、左室收缩末内径(LVESD)及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗后总有效率93.65%,显著高于对照组76.19%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF与治疗前显著提高,而心率则显著减缓(P<0.05);观察组治疗后LVEF、心率改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后脑钠肽水平(152.4±26.5)ng/m L低于对照组(253.4±21.5)ng/m L(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪应用于冠心病心力衰竭治疗具有明显效果,可有效改善心功能,安全性高,临床应用价值高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of trimetazidine on treating heart failure and coronary heart disease.Methods:126 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure treated in our hospital from February 2015 to December 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group received conventional treatment;while the observation group received trimetazidine treatment on the basis of the conventional treatment,continuous treatment was given for 4 months.The clinical curative effect,improvement of cardiac function index of LVEF,LVEDD,LVESD and adverse reaction of two groups of patients were observed.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was 93.65%,which was significantly higher than 76.19%in the control group,(P<0.05);after treatment,LVEF in the observation group was significantly improved than that before treatment;while heart rate was slowed down significantly(P<0.05).LVEF and heart rate in the observation group after treatment was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the natriuretic peptide levels was(152.4±26.5)ng/mL in the observation group after treatment,and lower than(253.4±21.5)ng/mL in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine on heart failure and coronary heart disease had an obvious effect.It could effectively improve the heart function,which was of high safety and clinical value.
