摘要
目的:针灸联合盆底康复治疗仪对子宫脱垂的治疗研究。方法:选择2017年1-12月在本院妇产科门诊收治的子宫脱垂Ⅰ度患者100例,将所选病例按就诊先后顺序随机分为两组,实验组进行针灸联合盆底康复治疗仪进行治疗,对照组仅进行盆底康复治疗仪进行治疗,对比分析两组患者盆底肌力评分及治疗效果。结果:实验组患者在盆底肌力评分中显著优于对照组,组间对比,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,实验组患者治疗总有效率为98.00%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为86.00%,经统计学对比分析,差异有意义(χ2=4.891,P=0.026<0.05)。结论:针灸联合盆底康复治疗仪能够有效治疗子宫脱垂症状,效果显著,临床应用价值较高。
Objective:To research the effects of acupuncture plus pelvic-floor rehabilitation apparatus on uterine prolapse.Methods:100 patients were selected and divided into the experiment group and control group,then treated by pelvic-floor rehabilitation apparatus plus acupuncture and pelvic-floor rehabilitation apparatus respectively.The score of pelvic-floor muscle strength and therapeutic efficiency in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The score of pelvic-floor muscle strength in the experiment group was significantly better than the control group,with a significant difference,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the experiment group and control group was 98%and 86%respectively,with a statistical significance(χ2=4.891,P=0.026<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture plus pelvic-floor rehabilitation apparatus on uterine prolapse can improve the symptom effectively,with significant effects and high clinical application value.
