摘要
目的分析整形美容手术患者心理护理相关内容。方法选取2016年5月—2017年5月我院收治的整形美容患者68例,分为两个小组,观察组在常规护理基础上进行心理护理,对照组进行常规护理。结果观察组患者SAS评分及SDS评分均优于对照组,患者护理满意度高于对照组,数据显示差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理应用于整形美容手术患者护理中能够纠正患者不良心理状态,提高患者治疗积极性,护理效果良好。
Objective To study relevant psychological nursing on patients operated with plastic surgery.Methods 68 patients who were operated with plastic surgery in hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were separated into two groups.Patients in study group were given psychological nursing in addition to conventional nursing,while patients in control group were given conventional nursing.Results Patients’SAS and SDS assessment scores in study group were better than those in control group and patients’satisfaction rate was higher in study group;such differentials had statistic value(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying psychological nursing to patients operated with skin laser cosmetology is conducive to correcting patients’unhealthy psychological state and improving their treatment activity.
