摘要
学校"教诊改"的核心是构建内部质量保证体系,期望该体系的构建与运行,能够发挥人才培养质量的保证作用。但现实情况复杂,学校内部质量保证体系的构建与运行,还需要学校质量文化的支撑。质量保证与质量文化之间,双向同构,双元并举,共同提高教育质量管理的成效。学校内部质量文化的建设与发展,有其自身的组织框架和成长路径,它是质量保证体系赖以生存,得以运行的灵魂、核心和内驱活力。学校质量文化自信,应从理念、规划、典型、自律、管理、协同等六个方面共同培育和发展。
The core of the school’s teaching reform is to build an internal quality assurance system.It is expected that the construction and operation of the system will play a guarantee role in the quality of personnel training and education.However,the actual situation is complicated.The construction and operation of the quality assurance system within the school also needs the support and promotion of the quality of school culture.The quality assurance and quality culture can be a bi-directional isomorphism,which jointly improves the effectiveness of education quality management.The construction and development of internal quality culture has its own organizational framework and growth path.It is the soul,core and internal drive of the quality assurance system.The school quality culture confidence should be nurtured and developed from six aspects,such as the concept,planning,typical cases,self-discipline,management and coordination.
