摘要
以某羊绒车间为例,介绍了空调系统的设计概况,分析并总结了设计中的一些节能措施,包括:实测电动机系数,求取实际散热量;地沟回风与侧墙回风的结合使用;合理使用细纱机的工艺排风;喷淋段冷冻水的二级直喷。
The paper takes a cashmere workshop as an example,introduces the design of air-conditioning system,analyzes and summarizes some energy-saving measures,including:the actual measurement of motor coefficient and the use of the actual heat transfer capacity,the combination of two air return methods,the rational use of process exhaust,direct spraying of cool water in the second section.
