摘要 探讨复合式空气处理技术在集聚纺车间的应用问题。介绍了3种常用纺织空调空气处理方案的优缺点。以河南省某纺织企业集聚纺车间为例,对3种空气处理方案的能耗情况进行了对比分析。结果显示:采用两级喷淋复合式或间接蒸发+喷淋室复合式空气处理方案,机器露点均可符合处理要求,其中采用间接蒸发+喷淋室复合式空气处理方案节能效果较好。认为:在我国多数地区,集聚纺车间空调适合采用间接蒸发+喷淋室复合式空气处理方案。 The energy saving effect of composite air treatment technology in condensed spinning workshop was discussed. The advantages and disadvantages of three common air treatment schemes of textile air-condition were introduced. Condensed spinning workshop of one Henan textile enterprise was taken as an example. The energy consumptions of three air treatment schemes were compared and analyzed. The test results show that apparatus dew point of air treatment scheme using double step spraying composite or indirect evaporation + sprinkling chamber can both meet the treatment requirement. The energy saving effect of indirect evaporation -- sprinkling chamber composite air treatment scheme is the better. It is considered that indirect evaporation composite with sprinkling chamber composite air treatment scheme is suitable for condensed spinning workshop in most area of our country.
