摘要
本文围绕近年频发的中心城区内涝这一重要城市问题,选取与城市内涝紧密相关的"降雨汇水""洪水淹没"及"雨洪排水"三个关键影响方面,引入DEM数据、遥感数据及洪水水位线数据等基础数据,运用Arc GIS和Fragstats等空间分析软件,对它们的空间分布进行模拟分析,并将发生降雨时地表水的汇集路径、不同频率洪水暴发时的淹没区范围及不同城市地段雨洪排水压力,进行空间叠加和可视化图形转译,识别出城市中心城区的内涝风险地段,并进一步划分内涝风险等级。最后,本文以西安市户县中心城区为例,阐述了该研究的实践应用,以期为城市内涝防控提供新的城市规划研究方法和技术路径。
Dealing with the important urban problems of frequent waterlogging in central area in recent years,this paper selects three key aspects of impacts which are closely related with city waterlogging,namely rainfall and catchment,inundation and stormwater drainage.Using basic data information such as DEM data,remote sensing data and waterline data of flood,with spatial analysis software such as ArcGIS and Fragstats,the spatial distribution of them is simulated and analyzed.Besides,this paper carries out the spatial superposition and interprets visual graphics of the catchment routes of surface water during rainfall,inundation range at different frequencies during flood and drainage pressure in different urban areas to identify the waterlogging risk areas in the central city and the risk grade of urban waterlogging.Finally,this paper takes the central city of Hu prefecture,Xi'an as a sample of case study to elaborate practical application so as to provide a new urban planning research method and technical path for urban waterlogging prevention and control.
