摘要
目的探讨美托洛尔联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选择2014年1月至2016年10月医院收治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组患者给予利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂与美托洛尔(初始剂量每次12.5 mg,每日2次,稳定后增加为每次25 mg),观察组在对照组基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊,每日1.2 g,每日3次,均治疗6个月。结果治疗后,观察组患者心率、血浆脑利钠肽(BNP),左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)与E峰流速A峰流速比值(E/A)改善程度均优于对照组(t=2.939,5.123,2.028,3.873,P<0.05);观察组患者的疗效显著优于对照组(Z=2.914,P<0.05);对照组患者复发率高于观察组患者(χ2=4.043,P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规西医治疗方法联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗慢性心力衰竭,疗效更好,复发率低,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with Q iliq ian g in Capsules in the treatment of chronic heart failure.M ethods Totally 60 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with diuretics,angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors and metoprolol(the initial dose was 1 2.5 mg per time,twice a day,and increased to 25 mg after stab ility),on this basis,the observation group was treated with Qiliqiangxin Capsules,12 g per time and 3 times a day.R esults After treatment,the improvement of heart rate,plasma brain natriuretic peptide(B N P),left ventricular end diastolic diam eter(LV ED d)and the ratio of E peak flow velocity and A peak flow v elo city(E/A)in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(i=2.939,5.123,2.028,3.873,<0.0 5).The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(Z=2.914,<0.0 5).The recurrence rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(2=4.043,P<0.0 5).There were no significant differences in the adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.0 5).C onclusion Conventional western medicine combined with Qiliqiangxin Capsules for treating patients with chronic heart failure has better effect and lower recurrence rate,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
