摘要
T波峰末间期是指心电图中T波峰值至末端的时限。国内外学者研究发现,T波峰末间期及Tp-Te/QT比值对恶性室性心律失常的预测及危险评估具有重要指导意义,与导致心脏性猝死的各种心血管疾病的发生密切相关,且作为简单、快速、无创的指标,在指导埋藏式心脏复律除颤器预防应用等临床应用中具有的价值愈加凸显。
Tpeak-Tend interval(Tp-Te)refers to the duration from the peak to the end time points of T wave in electrocardiogram.It has been revealed by domestic and foreign researchers that Tp-Te and Tp-Te/QT ratio contribute to making prediction and risk evaluation of malignant ventricular arrhythmias.These two parameters closely relate to the onset of various cardiovascular diseases leading to sudden cardiac death.In addition,as simple,fast and non-invasive indicators,they have been playing more and more important roles in providing information for clinical application such as implantable cardioverter defibrillator implantation.
