摘要
目的研究泰山虫草滴丸的最佳制备工艺,并对滴丸的外观特征、丸重差异、有效物质溶出速度等指标进行评价。方法采用先醇提再水提的方法提取泰山虫草子实体中的有效成分,浸膏与聚乙二醇混合后以下行滴制法制备滴丸;分别采用分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定滴丸中多糖和腺苷的含量,并考察其溶出速度。结果泰山虫草滴丸的处方工艺条件为:泰山虫草浸膏∶PEG2000∶PEG6000=2∶1∶1,熔融后滴至5℃液体石蜡中;虫草滴丸中多糖与核苷溶出速度明显优于泰山虫草粉末。结论所确定的的工艺处方及制备方法能符合滴丸的质量要求;制备滴丸剂有利于有效成分的快速溶出。
Objective:To prepare Cordyceps taishanensis dropping pills and to evaluate their appearance,weight deviation and dissolution velocity.Methods:Extract the effective ingredients of Cordyceps taishanensis using water and ethanol;prepare dropping pills using polyethylene glycol(PEG)as matrix;the concentration of polysaccharide and adenosine were respectively determined by spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.Results:The optimized formulation of the dropping pills contains Cordyceps extractive,PEG2000 and PEG6000 with the weight ratio of 2∶1∶1,the dissolution velocity of polysaccharide and adenosine in dropping pills is much higher than that in the powder of fruit body.Conclusion:The provided preparation method can produce Cordyceps taishanensis dropping pills with good quality and high dissolution velocity of effective ingredients.
