摘要
为研究玫瑰不同部位挥发成分的含量变化情况,以丰花玫瑰为研究对象,利用HS-SPME和GC-MS技术测定丰花玫瑰的花瓣、雄蕊、雌蕊、花萼4个不同部位挥发成分的类型及各挥发成分的相对含量。结果表明,丰花玫瑰不同部位均能检测到挥发成分,且不同部位挥发物含量差异明显;挥发成分以醇类、酚类、萜烯类和酯类物质为主,其中,香茅醇、香叶醇、苯乙醇、丁香酚等物质为主要挥发成分;丰花玫瑰的主要香气物质集中在花瓣和雄蕊部位。丰花玫瑰不同部位各挥发成分含量差异使不同部位表现为不同的香气特征,研究可为探索相关玫瑰品种授粉、受精机理以及深入开发玫瑰芳香物质提供重要依据。
To study the content change of volatile components in different parts of rose flowers,in this research,taking Rosa rugosa'Feng Hua'as the research object,aroma components and the relative changes of volatile components in the four different parts of Rosa rugosa'Feng Hua'by using HS-SPME and GC-MS technology are studied.The results show that the volatile components can be detected in different parts of Rosa rugosa'Feng Hua',and the difference in volatile content of different parts is obvious.Alcohols,phenols,terpenes and esters are the main volatile components.Among them,citronella alcohol,aromatic alcohol,benzene ethanol,eugenol and other substances are the main volatile components.The main aroma substances of Rosa rugosa'Feng Hua'are concentrated in the petals and stamens.Different content of volatile components in different parts of Rosa rugosa'Feng Hua'makes different aroma characteristics.This study provides an important basis for exploring the mechanism of pollination and fertilization of the related rose varieties and developing the aromatic substances of rose.
