摘要
工业化生产实验室工作台面专用环氧树脂复合板的工艺过程分为配料、真空浇注、固化成型三步。结果表明:配料阶段的温度为70℃左右,模具采用经哑光表面处理的不锈钢板,模具温度控制在65~70℃。固化成型最佳条件为:85℃固化2 h,125℃固化1 h,150℃固化4 h。选择合适的设备和工艺流程,生产的环氧树脂台面性能达到实验室的应用标准。
The industrialized production of specialty epoxy resin composite sheet used for laboratory working surface can be divided into three steps which include batching,vacuum casting,and curing molding.The research shows that the optimum operating conditions are as follows:the temperature is about 70℃in the process of batching,the mold is stainless steel sheet with matt finish,the mold temperature is controlled within 65 to 70℃,and the curing molding is operated at 80℃for 2 h,125℃for 1 h,150℃for 4 h.The epoxy resin table surface which meets the laboratory application standards is fabricated by choosing the suitable equipment and process.
