摘要
为了得出调剖前不同聚合物注入孔隙体积倍数下调剖驱替效果及剩余油分布特征,设计、制作了带含油饱和度场监测的三维纵向非均质岩心模型。通过电阻率法实现对模型中剩余油分布的定量描述;通过模拟正韵律油层水驱、聚合物驱、聚合物凝胶体系调剖实验,测试剩余油分布情况。实验结果表明,随着地层流体中含水饱和度增加,水中离子含量增加,电阻率降低;相同含油饱和度条件下,岩心渗透率越大,电阻率越低;调剖前聚合物注入孔隙体积倍数越小,调剖时机越早,越有利于波及高渗透层两翼死油区,对低渗透层的波及程度也越大,低渗透层能够形成水流通道。注入0.1PV聚合物+0.1PV聚合物凝胶体系+0.9PV聚合物调剖效果最好,驱替最终采收率最高,为59.9%。该研究为现场调剖方案优化设计提供了理论依据。
In order to obtain the flooding effect and distribution characteristics of residual oil with different polymer injection pore volume multiple before profile control,a 3 D longitudinal heterogeneous core model with oil saturation field monitoring was designed and developed.The residual oil distribution in the model was described quantitatively by resistivity method.The distribution of residual oil was tested by simulating water flooding,polymer flooding in positive rhythm reservoir,and testing the profile control with polymer gel system.The experimental results show that the ion content in water increases and the resistivity decreases with the increase of water saturation in formation fluid.Under the same oil saturation,the greater the core permeability,the lower the resistivity is.The smaller of polymer injection pore volume multiple before profile control,the earlier the profile control time,the more favorable it is to sweep the dead oil areas on both wings of high permeability layer,and the greater the sweep degree in lowpermeability layer.to form the water flow channel in low-permeability layer.The polymer injection combination of0.1 PV polymer,0.1 PV polymer gel system and 0.9 PV polymer has the best profile control effect,and the final flooding recovery is the highest being 59.9%.The research provides the theoretical basis for the optimization design of profile control scheme in the field application.
