摘要
目的探讨健脾益气通络汤对24 h尿蛋白定量1.5～3.5 g糖尿病肾病患者的治疗效果。方法选择医院2016年3月至2017年1月收治的糖尿病肾病患者105例,按随机数字表法分为对照组52例和治疗组53例。对照组患者应用降糖、降压、调脂药物和舒洛地特控制蛋白尿,治疗组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用健脾益气通络汤。结果治疗后,两组患者24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血清尿素氮、肾小球滤过率均显著改善,治疗组的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(94.34%比80.77%,χ~2=4.456,P=0.035<0.05),两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论健脾益气通络汤联合常规西医方法治疗24 h尿蛋白定量1.5～3.5 g糖尿病肾病,疗效确切,可显著改善患者的各项生理指标,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jianpi Yiqi Tongluo Decoction for treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients with 24 h urinary protein quantification of 1.5-3.5 g.Methods Totally 105 DN patients admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into the control group(52 cases)and the treatment group(53 cases)according to the random number method.The patients in the control group were treated with hypoglycemic,depressurization,lipid-regulating drugs and schordiide to control proteinuria,on this basis,the patients in the treatment group were treated Jianpi Yiqi Tongluo Decoction.Results After treatment,the 24 h urine protein quantification,serum creatinine,serum urea nitrogen and glomerular filtration rate of the two groups were significantly improved,the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(94.34%vs.80.77%,χ2=4.456,P=0.035<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yiqi Tongluo Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine for treating DN patients with 24 h urinary protein quantification of 1.5-3.5 g has accurate curative effect,it can significantly improve the physiological indicators of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
