摘要
在详细分析目前原煤运输系统存在运煤卡车运距高差大、占用内排空间、原煤运输成本逐年上升等问题的基础上,结合露天矿生产实际,提出了3种可行的原煤运输系统改造方案。全面分析了各方案在投资、建设工期、系统可靠性、内排空间释放、原煤运营成本等方面优缺点,通过综合技术经济比较分析,最终推荐采用南端帮方案作为原煤运输系统改造方案。
Based on the detailed analysis of the current raw coal transportation system problems,such as coal trucks haul altitude,occupying internal dumping space,raw coal transport cost increasing,combining with the actual production of open-pit mine,the article puts forward three feasible schemes for reforming raw coal transportation system.The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of these schemes in investment,construction period,system reliability,release of inner discharge space and operation cost of raw coal.Through the comprehensive technical and economic comparison analysis,the southern end slope scheme is recommended as the transformation scheme of the raw coal transportation system.
