摘要
为了避免运输系统形成平面交叉带来的安全隐患,大多露天矿采取独立的剥离运输系统及原煤运输系统。针对设置独立剥离及原煤运输系统导致剥离运距急剧增大,运输成本居高不下的问题,利用钢箱梁桥施工便捷、材料利用效率高及模块化等特点,通过设置立交设施提高整体运输效率。结合钢箱梁桥在胜利西二号露天矿立交工程中的应用,介绍了其桥型布置、结构分析、效益测算方法,证明了钢箱梁桥在露天煤矿立交工程中应用技术可行、效益显著,对解决类似露天矿交叉运输问题具有一定借鉴意义。
In order to avoid the potential safety hazard caused by plane crossing of transportation system,most open-pit mines adopt independent stripping transportation system and raw coal transportation system.In view of the rapid increase of stripping distance and high transportation cost using independent stripping and raw coal transportation system,the construction of steel box girder bridge is fast and convenient,the material utilization efficiency is high,and the modular characteristics are used to improve the overall transportation efficiency by setting up interchange facilities.Combining with the application of steel box girder bridge in the interchange project of Shengli West No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine,the bridge type layout,structural analysis and benefit calculation are introduced,which proves that the application of steel box girder bridge in the interchange project of open pit coal mine is technically feasible and has significant benefits.
