摘要
余承惠主任认为狼疮性肾炎的病机应以肾虚为本,湿热、瘀毒等邪毒乘虚侵犯肾脏,导致发病。其中肾虚和热毒互为因果,内外相合,是狼疮性肾炎发生的两个主要环节。治疗时应权衡患者的虚实状态,补虚扶正与祛邪清毒相结合,采取辨证用药与辨证用药相结合的方法来复合组方,在辨证论治的同时,强调辨证用药。
YU Chenghui believes that the pathogenesis of lupus nephritis should be based on kidney deficiency,and pathogenic toxins such as damp-heat and blood stasis invade the kidney,leading to the onset of lupus nephritis.Among them,kidney deficiency and heat toxin are the two main links of lupus nephritis.In the course of treatment,we should focus on the actual condition of the patients,combine tonifying deficiency and strengthening body vital Qi with dispelling pathogenic factors and clearing away toxic substances,adopt the method of combining syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation and emphasize disease differentiation while treating the disease based on syndrome differentiation.
