苹果渣纤维素提取工艺的优化 被引量:9

Optimization of extraction process of cellulose from apple pomace

摘要 采用碱法提取苹果渣纤维素,考察提取过程中氢氧化钠浓度、料液比、时间及温度对纤维素含量的影响,并通过正交试验优化提取工艺.结果表明,苹果渣纤维素的最优提取工艺为:氢氧化钠浓度14%(w/v),料液比1∶25(g/mL),时间15h,温度35℃,此时纤维素含量达到最高值73.61%.经扫描电镜和红外光谱表征,其具有明显的纤维素形态及纤维素类多糖特征吸收谱峰,这为苹果渣纤维素的更广泛应用奠定了理论基础. Apple pomace cellulose was extracted by alkali method,the effect of sodium hydroxide concentration,solid-liquid ratio,time and temperature on cellulose content was investigated,and the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimum extraction process of apple pomace cellulose was that the concentration of sodium hydroxide was 14%(w/v),the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶25(g/ml),the time was 15 h,the temperature was 45℃,at the time,the cellulose content reached its peak value was 73.61%.The results of SEM and FTIR showed that its had apparent cellulose morphology and characterization peaks of cellulose polysaccharides,which would lay the theoretical foundation for apple pomace cellulose's wider application.
