摘要
目的了解军事运输机飞行人员的睡眠质量和焦虑、抑郁状态及其相关性。方法应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测评145名运输机飞行人员的睡眠质量以及焦虑、抑郁状态。结果军事运输机飞行人员的睡眠问题检出率为47.6%,其睡眠质量低于常模和普通军人;焦虑症状的出现率为27.6%,抑郁症状的出现率为40.7%,SAS和SDS评分呈高度正相关;随着PSQI总分的升高,飞行人员SAS和SDS的评分也逐渐升高;有焦虑症状的飞行人员PSQI总分显著高于无焦虑症状者;有抑郁症状的飞行人员PSQI总分显著高于无抑郁症状者;PSQI总分与SAS和SDS得分均呈显著正相关关系。结论军事运输机飞行人员睡眠质量是反映其焦虑、抑郁程度的重要指标。
Objective To investigate sleep quality,anxiety,depression and their relationships among military transporter pilots.Methods The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were adopted to evaluate the sleep quality,anxiety and depression symptoms among 145 transporter pilots seperately.Results The prevalence of sleeping problems among military transporter pilots was 47.6%,which was lower than that of norms and ordinary soldiers.The incidence of anxiety symptoms was 27.6%,and that of depression symptoms was 40.7%.The score of SAS was positively correlated with that of SDS.The score of SAS or SDS increased gradually along with the total score of PSQI.The PSQI score of anxiety group was higher than that of no anxiety group,and the PSQI score of depression group was higher than that of no depression group.The total score of PSQI was positively correlated with SAS and SDS scores.Conclusion Sleep quality of military transporter pilots is an important indicator of anxiety and depression.
