摘要
近年来,国内大型公立医院开始通过投资兴建、合并重组、合作办医等形式设立分院区,发展成为多院区医院。医院多院区发展过程中存在诸多不确定性因素,相应地会给医院带来多方面的风险。如何对风险进行有效的识别和防范成为医院管理者需要解决的问题。作者主要使用规范研究和文献研究的方法,首先对医院多院区发展的背景进行了概述,然后阐述了文章所运用的基本理论——规模经济理论、协同理论和资源优化配置理论。以此为基础对医院多院区发展过程中会面对的风险做出了分析,主要包括政策风险、经营风险、财务风险和质量控制风险,并有针对性地总结出可行的风险防范措施,以期有效控制各项风险,实现多院区协同发展的战略目标。
Recently years,public hospitals with large scale began to set up branch hospitals by building new hospitals,merging and acquisition and cooperating treatment among hospitals.There are multiple uncertain factors exciting branch hospitals.Those factors would bring hospitals Based on the methods of normative research and literature review and according to the theory of scale economics,consistence and resources allocation optimization,risks such as policy risk,operation risk,financial risk and quality control risk have been analyzed and recommendations have also presented to effectively control risks and help getting the goal of multi-branches coordinated development.
