摘要
目的分析新疆某大型公立医院收治的突发事件伤者的人口、时间和临床特征。方法采用描述性流行病学研究方法,对该院2009—2016年就诊的突发事件住院患者根据事件类型、人口学资料、月份和临床治疗进行分析。结果 2009—2016年该院共收治突发事件住院患者6 086例,类型以交通事故居多为4 091例(67.22%),各类事件发生时间主要集中在4~11月。突发事件患者中男女性别比为3.01∶1,汉族3 349例(55.03%),平均年龄36.05±16.66岁,19~45岁2 614(42.95%)例,职业以农民(18.80%)和工人(16.02%)居多。突发事件患者住院天数主要集中在8~14天和15~30天,分别有2 255例和1 895例;伤害部位主要集中在上肢、躯干和头部,分别有1 885例、1 502例和1 362例;手术患者占绝大多数,有5 849例;出院转归以治愈居多,有4 074例。结论突发事件住院患者以交通事故居多,发生时间与新疆季节气候特点有关,应由政府主导、预防为主,采取措施减少突发事件发生,保护重点人群,降低伤害。
Objective To analyze the demographic,temporal and clinical characteristics of inpatients from injuries that visited emergency department in a large public hospital in Xinjiang Province.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the types of events,demographic data,months and clinical treatment of inpatients visiting emergency department in the hospital from 2009 to 2016.Results In total,6 086 cases were admitted to the hospital from 2009 to 2016,in which traffic crashes accounted for 4 091 cases(67.22%).Most injuries occurred between April and November.The male/female ratio was 3.01:1 for hospitalized inpatients from injuries that visited emergency department.55.03%of patients were Han Chinese.The average age of hospitalized patients was 36.05±16.66 years old,in which 2 614 patients were 19 to 45 years old.Farmers and workers were most common professions,respectively explaining 18.80%and 16.02%of inpatients.Hospitalization days of major inpatients lasted 8 to 14 days and 15 to 30 days,with 2 255 cases and 1 895 cases,respectively.The injury commonly occurred to the upper limb,torso and head,accounting for 1 885 cases,1 502 cases,and 1 362 cases,respectively.5849 cases received an operation treatment and 4 074 cases were cured.Conclusions Traffic crashes were the most common cause of injury-induced hospitalizations.The occurrence time of injuries was related to the specific climate of Xinjiang Province.Governmental-led interventions should be taken to reduce the occurrence of injuries,protect high-risk populations,and reduce injuries.
