摘要
西部理工科高校的研究生是西部建设的主力军,其科研能力和创新能力的培养至关重要。基于课题培养模式的研究生在国内外广泛采用,结合昆明理工大学近年来研究生创新课题的实习情况,进行问卷调查和访谈调查。研究发现课题培养模式存在以下问题:课题缺少创新性;研究生的科研能动性差;导师的指导性不强;科研管理存在问题。借鉴国内外的经验,并结合昆明理工大学课题培养模式的实际情况,提出提高研究生科研能力的对策。
Graduate students from science and engineering universities in western China are the main force in the construction of the western region.The cultivation of scientific research ability and innovation ability is of crucial importance.Graduate students based on the subject training mode are widely used both at home and abroad.The questionnaires and interviews are conducted based on the internship of Kunming University of Science and Technology in recent years.The research found that there are some problems in the mode of subject cultivation:the subject is lack of innovation;the motivation of graduate students is poor;the mentor's instruction is not strong;and there are problems in scientific research management.By learning from the experience at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of project training mode of Kunming University of Science and Technology,countermeasures to improve graduate research ability are put forward.
