摘要
高质量、高素质的大学生是国家富强的基石。当代大学生的培养有许多途径,本文主要介绍通过大学生自主参与创新课题的申请,来提高大学生的团队协作能力和创新思维。从不同学院召集的学生被随机分成3组,根据指导老师提供的建议选定研究方向,从每学期每周固定的时间进行互相学习汇报,指导老师在适当的时候给予指导,纠正学生所犯的错误。学期末,由大组长整理资料、PPT,并编辑成书。本文旨在根据参与创新课题的几组大学生团队进行调研,就在创新课题下的大学生团队成员的协作能力和创新能力的培养作用进行一个探讨,为通过创新课题进一步提高大学生团队协作能力和创新思维提供更有效的途径。
High quality and high quality of college students is the cornerstone of national prosperity.There are many ways to cultivate the contemporary college students.This paper mainly introduced the college students to participate in the innovation project application,to improve students＇ teamwork ability and innovative thinking.Gathered from different college students were randomly divided into three groups,under the guidance of teachers offer selected research direction from the beginning of each semester,in the weekly time to learn from each other to report,teachers give guidance when appropriate,correct students ＇ mistakes.At the end of the semester,the head of data PPT,and edited into a book.This paper according to the reality of the subject groups to participate in innovation college students＇ team for research,a discussion on the cultivation of role in the innovation project of college students under the team cooperation ability and innovation ability,through innovative projects provide a more effective way to further improve students＇ teamwork ability and innovative thinking.
