摘要
公共交通政策制定的复杂化和价值取向要求公众参与到政策制定中去,然而我国公众参与面临很多困境。结合2014年北京公共交通价格调整听证会,分析公共交通政策制定中公众参与的困境,探究其原因,寻求解决思路。
The complexity and value orientation of public transport policies require that the public participate in policy development,while,public participation of policy making faces many difficulties in our country.Combining with price adjustment hearings in Beijing,2014,it will introduce difficulties,explore the reasons and look for the way to solve.
