摘要
工业生产过程中产生的静电往往会造成无法预估的后果,为保证生产的安全、高效进行,消除生长过程中产生的静电,研究制备可抗静电的导电填料变得很有必要。石墨烯作为一种新型的碳材料且具有优异的导电性等性能,因此是一种理想的抗静电导电填料。采用改进的Hummers法制备了氧化石墨烯水溶液,利用氧化石墨烯为反应原料、乙二醇为还原剂,通过水热法制备还原石墨烯。最后通过扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)对石墨、氧化石墨烯和石墨烯的微观形貌、化学结构及物相进行表征研究。结果表明在反应温度为160℃,反应时间为24h时制备了片层较少、结构完整的石墨烯。
Static electricity produced by industry production process always causes unpredictable consequences.In order to ensure the safe and efficient production and to eliminate the static electricity generated during the study,the preparation of antistatic conductive filler is studied.As a new carbon material,graphene has excellent electrical conductivity,so it is an ideal antistatic conductive filler.In the research of thermal reduction method,modified Hummers method is employed to synthesize graphene oxide dispersing in water.The graphene is prepared by hydrothermal method by using grapheme oxide and glycol as reagents and reducing agent respectively.The morphology,chemical structure and phase transformation are characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results show that the graphene with less layers and complete structure are prepared at the reaction temperature of 160℃and the reaction time of 24 h.
