摘要
将甲醛溶液(~40wt%)作为交联剂,在酸性条件下将麦芽糊精进行交联反应,探究了交联温度、时间、甲醛用量等反应条件对交联反应的影响。研究表明,提高交联温度、延长反应时间、降低甲醛用量和提高甲醛浓度均有利于增加甲醛的转化率,但是总体来看,甲醛的转化率均不高(<25%),此外还对几种该体系中残余甲醛的测试方法进行比较。
Formaldehyde aqueous solution(~40wt%)was used in the cross-linking reaction of maltodextrin as the cross-linking agent under acid condition,and the effect of the reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time and dosage of formaldehyde on the cross-linking reaction were investigated.The results showed that increasing the cross-linking temperature and time,decreasing the dosage of formaldehyde or increasing the concentration of the formaldehyde aqueous solution will benefit the conversion of the formaldehyde.But overall,the conversion of formaldehyde was not very high(<25%).In addition,the analysis methods of the residual formaldehyde in the above-mentioned system were also compared.
