大断面综采工作面回撤通道的围岩控制技术 被引量:12

摘要 复杂条件下综采工作面收尾回撤,困难大,回撤的时间长且工艺复杂。因此,回撤通道顶板安全管理是工作面安全快速回撤的重要保证。陈家山煤矿为实现工作面安全、经济收尾回撤,根据回撤工作面具体的地质结构、生产条件和422综放工作面回撤经验,在426综放工作面选用无预掘回撤通道进行回撤,支护方式采用锚网索+锚梁联合支护,增强顶板强度,有效地控制了复杂条件下的大断面回撤通道的顶板下沉,为综采工作面快速回撤提供了方便。 In the complex geology conditions,the withdrawal of fully-mechanized mining face is difficult,which takes a long time and the process is complex.Therefore,the withdrawal roadway roof safety management is an important guarantee for the safe and rapid withdrawal of mining face.According to the specific geological structures,production conditions and previous withdrawal experience of No.422 fully-mechanized mining face,the roadway without pre-excavation for withdrawal was used in No.426 fully-mechanized mining face of Chenjiashan Coal Mine.Moreover,the supporting method combined bolt-mesh-cable with bolt-beam was adopted,which enhanced the roof strength,effectively controlled the roof subsidence of the large-section withdrawal roadway in the complex conditions,and provided convenience for the rapid withdrawal of fully-mechanized mining face.
