摘要
依据巷道的形式,结合单轨吊承载能力,设计快速掘进支护平台,实现对顶板的快速支护。采用有限元分析的方式对平台的静态性能进行分析,结果表明,在不同的工况下,需要对平台的下端连接处结构进行优化,提高连接的强度,保证平台的安全,从而提高煤矿的掘进效率。
According to the form of roadway and monorail crane bearing,the rapid excavation support platform is designed to realize the rapid support of roof.The static performance of the platform is analyzed by finite element analysis.The results show that under different working conditions,the structure of the lower end joint of the platform needs to be optimized to improve the strength of the connection and ensure the safety of the platform.In order to improve the efficiency of coal mining tunneling.
