摘要
双语教育是内蒙古民族高等教育工作的重要组成部分,其特色贯穿于教育理念、教学体系、师资队伍建设、科学研究等各个环节,形成一个完整的体系。主要表现在以下3个方面:立足于双语授课教学实际,确定双语教育理念;优化教学结构和要素,构建蒙汉兼通复合型少数民族人才培养模式;建构人才培养体系,建设一支高素质的蒙古语授课专业师资队伍。
Bilingual education is an important part of national higher education in Inner Mongolia.Its characteristic runs through all aspects,such as education ideas,teaching system,teacher team construction,scientific researches and so on,which forms a complete system.It is mainly shown in the following three aspects:to keep a foothold on bilingual teaching practice,to determine the concept of bilingual education;to optimize the structure and elements of teaching,to construct the training mode of ethnic minorities who are proficient in both Mongolian and Chinese;to construct talents training system,to build a well-educated professional teachers who teach in Mongolian.
