摘要
从针灸对阿片肽、五羟色胺、神经胶质细胞、细胞因子、氨基酸及嘌呤类物质的影响入手探讨针灸治疗神经病理性疼痛(NP)的机制,指出针灸作为中医学特色疗法之一,在治疗神经病理性疼痛的临床疗效和安全性已被认可,然而其相关机制仍旧未完全阐明,可能与针灸能激活自身机体功能,对上述物质进行多层次、多靶点的调节有关。
The mechanismof acupuncture in treating neuropathic pain(NP)is discussed from the influence of acupuncture on opioid peptide,serotonin,glia cells,cytokine,amino acid and purine.it is pointed out that acupuncture as one of the TCM-feature therapies,its clinical effects and the safety of the therapy in treating NP have been approved,while the related mechanism is not elucidated completely,it might be related to acupuncture mobilizing body function,and regulating the substances all above frommultiple levels and multi targets.
