摘要
超临界流体是一种具有特殊物理特性和热力学性质的绿色溶剂,可表现出液体与气体的性质;超临界流体萃取技术是一种新型、清洁、高效的绿色分离、提取技术,是国内外研究的热点之一。对超临界流体萃取技术的基本原理、发展过程和特点进行了介绍,并对超临界萃取技术在食品工业、制药工业、天然香料领域和环境保护领域的应用进展进行了综述,为超临界流体萃取技术的进一步应用提供参考。
With similar properties to liquids and gas,supercritical fluid is a green solvent.It has unique physical properties and thermodynamic properties.Supercritical fluid extraction is a new kind of clean and efficient green separation method with green technology,which is a research hotspot at home and abroad.The basic principle,developing process and characteristics of supercritical fluid extraction were reviewed,and the application of supercritical fluid extraction in food industry,pharmaceutical industry,natural-spices field and environmental science were also summarized,so as to provide scientific data for further application of supercritical fluid extraction technology.
