摘要
目的:研究并建立葛酮通络胶囊中3’-羟基葛根素、葛根素、3’-甲氧基葛根素、葛根素芹菜糖苷和大豆苷含量的一测多评法。方法:以葛根素为内标物,计算3’-羟基葛根素、3’-甲氧基葛根素、葛根素芹菜糖苷和大豆苷4种成分的相对校正因子,并将该方法的测定结果与传统外标曲线法测定的结果进行比较。结果:3’-羟基葛根素、3’-甲氧基葛根素、葛根素芹菜糖苷和大豆苷的相对校正因子分别为0.993、1.054、0.965、1.025;一测多评法与传统方法测定的结果比较,3’-羟基葛根素、3’-甲氧基葛根素、葛根素芹菜糖苷和大豆苷的含量无明显差异。结论:经方法学验证,该试验建立的一测多评法可用于葛酮通络胶囊中5种成分含量的同时测定。
Objective:To study and establish a method for the determination of 3′-hydroxy puerarin,puerarin,3′-methoxy puerarin,mirificin and daidzin in Getongtongluo capsules by single marker(QAMS).Methods:Puerarin was taken as internal standard substance to establish the relative correction factor(RCF)for quantitative analysis of multi-components with QAMS.Thus,the contents of 3′-hydroxy puerarin,3′-methoxy puerarin,mirificin and daidzin were calculated.The scientificalness and feasibility of the methods were evaluated by comparison of the uantitative results between external standard method and QAMS.Results:The relative correction factors of 3′-hydroxy puerarin,3′-methoxy puerarin,mirificin and daidzein were 0.993,1.054,0.965 and 1.025 respectively.Compared with the results determined by the traditional method,the content of 3′-hydroxy puerarin,3′-methoxy puerarin,mirificin and daidzin has no obvious difference.Conclusion:QAMS is accurate and feasible to evaluate the quality of Pueraria Radix.
